I do not use my car on the road. When accelerating on the track the engine
is usually above 5000rpm in 3rd, 4th and 5th. At the moment my power curve
maxes out at 6K due to restriction  in the ports (80kw at the rear on
datrally dyno). With the work below I am hoping to extend the power curve up
to 7000rpm. If the current gradient of the power curve extends by another
1000rpm then I should have around 90Kw. 

My valves are 42mm, I believe 240Z are 44mm diameter, but if I have some
money I will put an order in for some 45mm 214N stainless steal valves. I
plan to do my own port and chamber work and get crankshaft rebuilders in
Melb to do the valve seats etc.

hi, just curious, how much bigger valves do you mean? the only ones i could
get in my l20 b were from a 240 or 260 z datsun 6 cyl.even then i dont know
if it was reall worth it, they really werent that much bigger...
