It has ground to a halt unfortunately. I have
returned to uni for another year so the engine with the car is at home in the
loving care of my father, the one that put a hell of a lot of work into my
baby. Anyway when hol's come up in june I'll be back home busily working
on the Z-18et. Talk to Errol about pistons. As far as forgies go I
would touch them for a street engine. The have to be warmed up properly
before any load is placed on them and the bore clearance makes them very
noisy. When I put new pistons in mine I will use pressure cast pistons
with the high silicon content. A lot stronger than normal cast pistons,
cheaper than forgies and strong enough to run a lot of boost in the
engine. What computer are you going to use for your project
Tom?
