ok the Gaskets .. the rear is a  O ring type .. the main housings seal with a loctite Gasket  eliminator ..Red stuff ...   and thats about it ..   I`am using the 2 ltr blower on the 1.6 4agze in  a  Datto  1200  coupe  its making 18psi .. goes really well ...2nd out right (140 cars ) at the Gatton sprints . i will see if i can find a scanner to scan the repair manual ..Regards cameron

i assume gaskets would be hard to come by then? is silicone ok or would the gaskets be needed for clearance?
i have the 1g charger & dont plan on spinning it too hard.
would it be possible to get a copy of that manual

-----Hey Brad ..  I have the Toyota repair manual on the toyota blowers,  I have had  disassembled   them with out any problems or special tools ...very easy .. the rear bearing and rotors are pined   and can not be removed from shaft .. after 13 psi the rotors melt ..  If you have any questions feel free to ask ,, I might have a spare Blower i want ot sell if any body is after one ...Regards Cameron
