Looking in the 200B manual it has a chart saying which grade to chose depending on the weather conditions, however nower days most oils are suited to wider ranges of temperatures. As for oil, I recomend PENRITE, my friend has tested several oils, (caltex, penzoil, mobile, shell etc etc) and he found that PENRITE came out the cleanest after each oil change and worked well in his high reving L20B motor. He even found it was only nessacary to change the oil every 10,000km along with the filter (as opposed to every 5,000km) I use PENRITE 30, but 40/Turbo and 50 grades are also available. I also hear PENRITE makes racing grade motor oil but I haven't seen it anywhere in stores. Hope that helped.
