ET's are FWD, they're pretty good cars and it seems
they are actually increases in value at present. I
once read in Hot4s that the engines are quite good and
respond well to common mods (exhaust, cooler, boost).
The ed's advice was to simply drive the engine til it
dies, then replace with an import motor (fairly
cheap).Common problems: finding one that some shithead
hasn't hacked to death. Don't know of any specific
problems common to ET's. A couple of my mates have
owned ET's. Never any major hassles with them. I'd
recommend forking out extra to secure a good one, as
trashy ones selling cheap rarely turn out to be
bargains.
