I have no idea of the Volvo spec, but yes it is a truck turbo.
I suggested to him that he machine the top off a tunnel ram and then mill a
plate to take 4 x 65mm TB's so he is measuring that up as well.
I'll keep you posted however I am not directly involved so it may be a while
between updates

Volvo supercharger?
Does this mean its off a truck? Hence the sizing to a 400CI Plymouth.
What setup does the truck have?
Instead of 1 x 85mm butterfly how about 2 x 65mm butterfly's. You could
stage them for better response at lower revs etc. Just a thought.
