Part Number for rear X member bushes?

Hello everyone,   How are we all?   I was wondering if anyone would happen to know what the part number for the nolathene bushes on the rear cross member is?   Also any tips on the removal of the old and installation of the new? Or would the best bet be to seek a pro?   One last thing, I can't find the webpage with the instructions about increasing the exhaust hole and slotting the rear cross member.
