MAF = mass air flow sensor, the sensor that is used by the factory ECU to
measure mass air flow (obviously) The MAF is located betwn the airfilter and
the turbo inlet and in high flow situations could be restrictive.
Aftermarket ECU's generally use a MAP = Manifold Absolute Pressure that
cause no restriction in the inlet system.

Re Hp to Kw conversion

divide KW by .7535 to give Hp i.e. 170kw/.7535=225.6hp

Hp to Kw conversion...

Hp multiplied by .7535 to give Kw ie.
225.6hp x .7535 = 170Kw

By the way, if ya mate is running a basically factory CA with the mods you
mentioned and 12 psi he'd be getting around the 125kw at the treads.
