yeah thought so, I actually had an auto elec guy have a look at it this
morning and he said he'd need to look at it in the shop so I got NRMA to tow
it there (about 1.5km) and hes now checking it out.
I'll let yous know what the outcome is.

Cheers,
Anthony

PS. BTW, has anyone got 4 air horns wired up with two compressors? I found
the other horn outlet on my loom and am planning on fitting the above
arrangment, haha I can see it now the little datto screaming out "I'm comin
through!".

No problem, happy to help if i can.

The thing is with this problem we've nearly hit the end of the line without
having the car here to play with.

The white wire on the solenoid powers the fuse box via the loom (and the
alternator) but if there's no power at the connection going into the fuse
box
then this wire has to be broken somewhere in the loom or the fuseable link
if
fitted is blown. You could check if there is power at the alternator Bat or
+
connection, i suspect there will be but on the other hand if there is not,
it
would indicate that a fuseable link is blown. To do the power test on the
alternator, use the same method as for the fuse box ie multimemter on DC
Volts,
red probe on Bat connector on the alternator and black probe to earth.

I think you are going to need local help as i can't see where we go from
here.
Anything that i could suggest just isn't worth the risk without observing
the
problem and i don't want to put you at risk with fire or any other damage.

regards
Terry (you win some, but not always)
