There's just 1 flasher relay for the indicators, sounds like the front p.lights are 
breaking the circuit by earthing the indicators, the same way an indicator circuit can 
stop flashing when a bulb blows breaking the return circuit. The basic circuit of the 
indicators being 12v+ fed first through the Ind.relay then grounded on left or right 
by the stalk. If you have 12v before the stalk and the switch is ok, the output should 
feed to the indicator circuit with no parts touching earth. I'm not sure if you're 
rewiring your whole car? I would feed a constant 12v through the sw & relay and keep 
the park light circuit seperate.
