Hey everyone,
Just letting you all know that I did the right thing and called up
GIO....well they basically said Nah!!!! As soon as I said 15" wheels....well
the lady at the other end didn't want to know about it. That's gratitude for
you! 8 years with them, no claims.....well you can imagine how pissed off I
am at the moment!
But on a happier note, I called up a company called "Just Car Insurance" and
they asked me for any past offences and claims and I just told them all the
things I have done to the car (I didn't leave anything out) and they told me
$353 for 3rd party (no fire & theft) and an extra $400 for fire & theft. Not
bad I say but keeping in mind that I've not been too naughty on the roads
and I'm 28, they were happy.
So it's been decided, I'm going with em!
Thanks for all your help everybody on this fairly non-technical topic!
Regards,
        George
