List,
I have nearly completed my 1600 project and are about to take my car to
Vicroads to get inspected. I know you need an engineers certificate with an
l20 (about $500 I think) but do vicroads usually know that L20 means 2 litre
when they are checking the engine number. I have been told that they just
check the body number and engine number and that's it. Therefore if they
don't realise that L20 means 2 litre I may get ayway with it. Any thoughts
appreciated.
