You sure about needing an engineers cert for a straight L20 convo if Vic???

I think they give you 20% increase in performance from the new donk b4 they
require a certificate.  Worst case scenario would be to fit the Datsun 1600
rocker cover, 99.9% of the guys at vic roads wouldn't know the difference if
you didn't tell them.

convo.....  But woke up and thought I might be being a little optimistic!! )
