hey from factory these things have a clutch mechanism so the supercharger only actually spins at certain times (ie % throttle? ) as opposed to being constantly on.
they also have a bypass valve that allows air in when the engine is on vacuum. I guess like a blow off valve that is open at idle?

Hmmmmm ..Brad  ... all the set ups i have seen  have throttle body before the blower ..I saw a FJ 20 with a Sc14blower with the throttle body AFTER  the blower, but he then put it BEFORE the blower,,  If you going to use that set up with the blow off valve   i would make sure its a big one that can vent a lot of air other wise you will be blowing a lot of hoses off from the pressure build up when the throttle is closed...This guy had a radiator cap as a relief valve tapped into the pipe ..which would vent at high pressure.......................................... I would go before the blower............ regards Cameron

im running my throttle body after the blower & now some people have told me this will not work correctly................i have a bosch BOV plumbed in to vent excess pressure
will this work ok?
