Dave,

Is kind of common knowledge for the Skyline fans I guess.

The big change is that there is now the 'Skylines', like the ones you have
seen on the site and then there is the 'GTR', like this
http://www.geocities.com/busybeetoys/scoop/edn33-R35.jpg

They are now totally different models, separate from one another.

Regards,
Jon

Subject: there is a new skyline!!

G'day all,

I dunno if this was common knowledge or not but there is a new skyline in
japan.
Check out http://www.nissan.co.jp/SKYLINE/V35/0106/index.html
.
Doesn't appear to have a gtr?! They are running the VQ30DD and VG25DD?
Does this always happen? First they release the basic then a while later
they release the GTR?
Lots of nice things on the homepage. Japanese but you get the general
idea. I especially liked the flash movie
that showed the changes made from the R34? I think. Couldn't read it
obviously but the animation showed the shape changing. Shorter wheelbase,
engine and fuel tank mounted closer to the centre of gravity for improved
turn-in.
Looks much higher than the R34. Personally don't really like it but hey..
we'll wait til the GT-t & GTR's.
Thanks,

Dave
