Paul - that professional finish bit is a crock of shit in no uncertain 
terms. With the tyres pretty much like Ruddy said under 2mm usually and u r 
screwed ...

As 4 the Personalised Plates in Qld ... the average price 4 a set is $295 - 
u know the deal, 3 letters and 2 numbers and vice versa - u know ie TUR*80
