what size tires do u run? when i had my 4x4 hilux (sniff snuff i
miss it) i put on 33 inch tires, which replaced the 31.5 inchers
(tiny), and this had a 10 -15 kph effect on my speedo
readings....i remedied this by getting some different speedo
gears from a mob in blacktown (NSW) for about $50, and it fixed
it.
Basically all it takes is a change in wheel diameter...
This may be the cause...
