It sounds like the moustache bar might be or have
become a little warped. My advice would be to support
the R200 with a trolley-jack then loosen all the bolts
which attach it to the xmember, still keeping them in
though. Then remove the moustache bar. Check for any
bending in the xmember. The R200 is much heavier than
the R160, especially if it's been moving alittle.
Retighten the xmember, then once all is ok line the
R200 up as best you can and check the moustache bar,
it should bolt in completely and push against the diff
without being too hard.It shouldn't be under a lot of
pressure when tightened. If it doesn't it might need
to be heated slightly and bent in a vice. Heat the
steel to a cherry color and let it cool normally, be
careful not to fry the bushes! You may need to make up
a new bar if it's terminal. Hope that helps,
