Nick,

You can wash it out with petrol.  Just put some clean petrol in, put the cap 
on, shake it around and empty into bucket.  Repeat until you get no more 
crap coming out.  (note make sure to get all surfaces, turn upside down, and 
on side etc)

The only one that springs to mind is the 200B fuel tank, which is a little bigger than the 1600 tank, but needs new mounts to fit between the rear shock towers.
