If by flat changing you mean changing with my right foot flat to the floor - no way! This cant be good for anything much in my opinion, i just change as quickly as my left arm will operate. Mind you ive missed 3rd more times than id like to mention, so what would i know!?!? New gear box feels alot tighter now thou:) Let us know how you get on next time round - me thinks youll be surprised with your times if you can get your 60 footers down a bit! Steve.
