FJ24 info required

Hi Listers,   I am considering upgrading the FJ20 I am running in my 1600 circuit car. Can anyone give information (or point me in the right direction)  on the FJ24. I believe it is basically a different crank - is this correct?   I also need an indication as to what sort of Horsepower I can drag out of the larger capacity engine.
