James,

Late model 180B struts are very similar to 200B. The main difference is the
calliper bolt spacing 76.2mm on 180B and 88.9mm on 200B. The VL/VN calliper
is 76.2mm which is why they fit the 180B calliper although I guess you could
make an adaptor for them to fit 200B struts. The problem with using a 200B
strut doesn't end there though, as the 180B hub is slightly narrower than
the late model 200B and even narrower than the early model 200B so the 180B
hub so I imagine that it is much easier to machine a 180B hub to get the
correct offset when you use a 24mm Magna/Verada ventilated disc.

The commy/verada or Magna conversion is best done on late model (9/74 -
8/78) 180B struts.

regards
Terry

Well unless the 180B struts look very simular to 200B struts, cause i've put
it next to a regular 200B strut and they look the same.
