I've just go kill switches for the engine vitals, ie fuel and spark!  Hide
them in a place which is convenient to get at but not so obvious to others.
Put it this way, I don't have mine wired under the dash!  Also if you run
wires that are identical colours for the ignition, it makes it very hard to
distinguish which ones are which to would be theives.
