I have fitted my 1600 sump and pickup to a Z18ET. The 1600 dipstick tube which goes into the block did not fit, so I used the Z18 one. The Z18 oil tube is longer than the 1600 one, which I no longer have.
So I need to know the distace below the sump gasket where the oil should read Full and Empty, ie. how much of the 1600 dipstick goes down past the sump gasket, as my dipstick is useless at it doesn't touch the oil. So I can cut the tube or get a longer dipstick and cut that to go back to the right levels.
Can anyone help?
