hi, i got this email  from  ray hall turbocharing , when asking about  what timing i should  be using, any body tell me what this is? i dont really get it..  thanks. mark k As you are using a distributor it is not possible to get the correct ignition curve for a turbo engine. I would fit water injection or use a much higher fuel octane. Bellow is a ignition table for your type of engine. This type of table is easily achieved with electronic fuel injection.
                           RPM
          0  1000 2000 3000 4000 5000 6000Load
 30     25   25    35    40     40    40    40
 50     20   20    30    35     35    35    35
 70     10   10    20    30     30    30    33
 90     10   10    20    30     30    30    32
100    10   10    20    30     30    30    31
150    10   10    12    17     17    17    18
200    8     8     10     8       8      8     9
220    6     6      8      6       6      6     7
  100 load = 0 psi150 load = 7 psi200 load = 15 psi
