Most master cylinders are able to made into a remote filler, remove the
current filler, normally there is simply a rubber 0-ring holding it in. 
All you need to get is a fitting that fits into that and allows hydrolic
hose to be put on the other end.  Some of the fittings are available in a
L-shape to send it away from the plenum.  Then mount the filler on the
inner guard higer than the master cylinder and connect the hose with a
couple of hose clamps.

If this fails most of the early Toyota Celica's have remote fillers on
them, coz some of them ran Twin Cams.
