Most master cylinders are able to made into a remote filler, remove the current filler, normally there is simply a rubber 0-ring holding it in. All you need to get is a fitting that fits into that and allows hydrolic hose to be put on the other end. Some of the fittings are available in a L-shape to send it away from the plenum. Then mount the filler on the inner guard higer than the master cylinder and connect the hose with a couple of hose clamps.
If this fails most of the early Toyota Celica's have remote fillers on them, coz some of them ran Twin Cams.
