Ryan I had a chat to that guy one day when I pulled up next to him at the lights. It wasn't damaged when I saw it though, was it a young guy driving it? I recommended the 1600 club, dunno if he joined though!
Must remember to keep a couple of flyers in the car for the odd time you see a 16 with no club membership sticker on it :)
