You may have a better answer as I am just catching up on emails after a
computer rebuild (as distinct from an engine rebuild).

It could be that the speedo drive from the Z box is slower than your old
gearbox at the same road speed, therefore you are actually going faster when
it indicates 100KPH.  My SSS box in a 200B read 100KPH when the car was
actually doing 125.  This could explain the higher revs at "100".
