After fitting thermo wrap I could just about hold the extractors after normal driving. Where as before I couldn't open the bonnet fro 20 mins.

no worries I think Adam said it b4 but keep an eye on the temp that the
module gets as this does degrade them I have built a heat shield
specifically for the module to guard against my extractors but also need to
put some tape on them to try and keep the temps down specially now in the
hot weather
