hi, i presume its a single master cyl? i rebuilt mine in about5 minutes. maybr theres some rust down the bore? maybe your pushing it down to far so it cant go any further.? i THINK there MIGHT be a small tab to bend down on a washer thingy behind a seal, MAYBE its not bent down and hooking on the resivoir inlet hole. have u got the right pistins etc....?
