HI, I generall y use nothing less than valvoline
xld. now i am using penzoil multi viscous - or some thing like that. bp do a
racing oil, which is really good, but i dont know if they do it any more, and i
cant remember the exact name for it eitherr..................

think that with a filter I got a bit over 4.5 litres. What oil do you use? I
am not to sure where my L20B originally came from.

You mean with a L20B sump? If so 200B sump is 3.8l without filter and
4.3l with filter. Bluey version could be different but I haven't got specs
here for them.

capacity of a l20b? both with a new filter and oil capacity
without a new filter?
