Hello list, I have 3 questions. 1. I have heard 2 opposing views as to weither if your car is say legal in the ACT but illegal in NSW, can the cops fine you in NSW? Can anyone confirm this?
2. Where can I get a copy of the Australian design rules for motor vehicles and local ACT regulations? 3. If you car is totaly legal and say a cop gives you a defect for somthing that wasn't illegal can you get your money back and/or take it to court?
