This is around 0 to +25mm in terms of offset depending on how wide the rims are. Some wheels that are in the range are Sigma, TRX (may not fit with 1600 hubs, OK with 240K/200B), Triumph and some Toyota (watch these as Toy uses 2 bolt patterns).   There are very few new wheels that are available in 16 x 7 to fit.
