Can anybody tell me a good car to get suspension from a car down at the wreckers, that will give me a rebuild able insert that I can use heavy duty oil in to stiffen the rate up a bit for the track (if that makes any sense). This is for a bluebird series 3, fronts. Would also at the same time, like to lower the car a bit by doing this (about 2 inches). I will also fit up new kings springs. Just don't want to fork out a fortune for new shocks. Anyone done anything for the bluey??
