Jason,

If you want more oil at the top of the motor you can open up the oil jet in
the block slightly.

If any one care!! the Ford 2L Pinto motor uses a spray bar for the cam. 
They can help and it's a back up if you install one.  They do have a
tendancy to block up (make sure you change your filter regularily) and then
you cam will warp if you dont have a self oiled cam in there like the
pinto's.

These days with good oil pumps better oils and the like they arent really
nescessary, even for racing.
