I've got two busted diffs sitting at home on the garage floor.... An R160 that has 213 cast into the top of it, An R180 that has 214 cast into the top of it.
By all accounts it just sounds like an ol' R180 probably out of a 240K or similar. As TR mentioned 100% way of checking, measure the bolt spacing on the two lower-most bolts on the rear cover. R160 spacing is 60mm, R180 spacing is 80mm.
