in my honest opinion NORTON is evil..get rid of it.. Synantic products are poorly designed although they are so popular..if u want your computer to run properly then get rid of any norton at all..use alternative products... if u have broadband internet then i would recommend some kind of "firewall" program, but if u are on dial-up then forget it..no one will touch u..
