Spark Plugs for FJ20

Hi all,   I have noticed some discussion both on this list and others regarding spark plugs to suit FJ20 engines.   I have been using NGK BP7es now for a while and have not had any problems. I noticed however that many people are using the hotter NGK BP6es.   Which plugs should I be using?
