What's
the advantage of using a hotter plug then?
I use BP7ES.... they are a colder plug... and
I've been told better for reducing detonation.... well thats what I had in my
car when I had the DYNO Dun at the Nats

Subject: Spark Plugs for FJ20
Hi all,
I have noticed some discussion both on this
list and others regarding spark plugs to suit FJ20 engines.
I have been using NGK BP7es now for a while and
have not had any problems. I noticed however that many people are using the
hotter NGK BP6es.
Which plugs should I be using? Is there any
performance benefit from using the hotter plug or vice versa?
Any ideas?
Mark.
