The Factory one is really no good for high Rpm as they crack on the Z engine,and on the L they are too far back and dont suck number #1 . A freind had a L28T in a OZZie Mk4 cortina (falcon one)2 heads and one turbo later he has now put it in his Mk2 4 door escort.""Real sleeper""std 13"' wheels and all.
I'm getting a price today for a guy in the states to get a custom one made here. Question: if the outlet mani had a small turbo at both ends,it would work better,Plus this would clear the strut tower as thats probley why the factory turbo is at the fire wall end anyway.
