sounds a bit rich for 88$ a metre, i know its only about 2 inches or
so, but how about using the tubing they use on gas systems.? e.g to cover
the gas pipes as that goe from the tank to the floor, or to the filler
nozzle? its fairly thick. why does it have to be high temp? its only
air going thru it. plus the factory air intake duct on my ea falcon is as
thin as anything ,,,

or u could try a decent size plumbing shop, when i was pumping out septic
tanks we had a 4 inch tubing to suk up the crap, and thats where we use to
get it from... or look in the yellow pages.

Subject: flexible ducting hose?

List,
Can anyone tell me where to source some flexible ducting hose to suit cold
air induction. It has to be high temp (120 degrees reted). I have seen this
stuff (3 inch) used on cars in zoom, and found that I could get t from
pirtek for $88 per m. This is a bit expensive, and they dont even keep it in
stock. I am wondering if anyone knows a good place to get this from
(prefferabley Adelaide).
Cheers,
Thommo.
