I havent had much luck with fj gearbox's lasting.My first one lasted about a week and the second one i was a bit kinder to lasted about 6 months.I've had a good run with a welded r180 lasting about 10,000 miles behind a turbo L series.The single spinners didnt seem to last like the welded ones.The selectors can be a bit of a problem in the fj gearbox but there are better ones available from other nissan box's and the 71c internals can be made to fit.
