They can
be used but you have to make the little adapter for the strut base onto the steering

are the dimensions compatible with the 1600. I'm assuming they use the larger
stub axle and spring platforms would need to be replaced. I'm also thinking
that the Z31 300zx Struts might be similar also which might make the
fitment of 4spots a lot easier.
