Just measure the lengths of both your gearboxes from bellhousing to output spline. If the manual box is longer than the auto you may also have to cut another hole in the transmission tunnel for the gear lever. You'll probably have to short some wires out to defeat the in-built protection against starting the auto in gear- get hold of a wiring diagram. Speedo cable should be the same. Don't forget all the clutch hydraulics, gearbox crossmember, flywheel, and clutch plates.
