I used to think that 13" stockers would not fit over K-brakes, but last night I saw that my mate had 13" stockies on his K-brakes. They could have been 13" stockies from another car(e.g Mitsu, Toyota,etc).
I know for a fact that 13" stockies do not fit on 200B alloy calipers, because I tried. As soon as I fitted the brakes to my 1600, I had to go and buy some mags. I drove down the Eastern freeway in Melb with washers under my stockies so they would'nt rub-very dodgy.
