I'll tell you what it does, not what it probably does. It is the gauge to show how much torque is being transmitted to the front wheels by the ATTESA (4wd control) system. As you probably know the GT-R is RWD until it detects slip in the rear wheels, at which point it transfers torque to the front wheels (to counter the slip in the rear wheels). The gauge shows how much torque is being transmitted to the front wheels.
