G'day All,

I'm mounting my Aerotech seats and was wondering if when other people were
mounting seats if they used the standard 1600 seat runners???

The way they work looks dodgy with the wire running to each side which (from
what I am told) connects to the original seat to use as a pivot point to
function correctly (my car never had runners when I bought it!!!!).

Can I make up my own pivot point off one of the new seat mounts that I'm
making out of flat steel????

Has anyone else adapted 1600 runners to aftermaket seats and had them work
correctly????

Or is it going to be simpler to buy runners out of another car and fit
them???? If so what model do others use

Any Advice would be appreciated

Thanx

Swanny
