(That's how far out it was!) The car I got back was nothing like what I gave him. It idles, revs sweetly and there's not even a hint of a backfire. On top of all that he charged me $100! (For a day and a half's labour and a set of jets.) I tried to make him charge me more but he just wouldn't. So if you live in brissy and have carby problems, don't even bother mucking about with them yourself. The guy is a carby god. Andy.
