Sounds mighty good! I would think making the door skins esp. wouldn't be too hard given their simple shape and design for someone with the right skill and equipment. Apparently NIssan sold the original Japanese formers to Mexico and they still produce a cheap version there ,though I'd guess the quality of the panels has gone down in the last 20 years or so. I'll definitely send an enthusiastic email .:)
