hi,  are the pick up connections on the module the right way round? i know
of a guy that was using one of these modules on a valiant , and  it was
running  rough, then he changed  the pick up wires  on the module and it was
okay,...  just one of those things maybe? dunno . might be worth a try if
you get desperate.......

firing order okay?
cam timing okay?
valve clearances okay?
no vacuum leaks?  ( spray around manifolds etc with  crc,aerostart and see
if change in engine revs?
